Saltford Golf Club has ample free car parking for guests, excellent catering and bar facilities, and a number of other initiatives to further enhance your reception making it a memorable event for you and your guests.
Our team are experienced in catering for a wide range of different event types and take great pride in making sure that your day goes exactly to plan. They are on hand to handle your initial enquiry, through to liaising with you on the day to ensure the smooth running of your special occasion.
Not only will your guests have access to our beautifully decorated function rooms but use of our excellent patio area with superb views of the course and surrounding countryside.

Saltford Golf Club has a Function Suite that can be arranged in the style of your choice.
Duchy Suite
This accommodates up to 120 guests for a full four-course banquet or fork buffet, rising to 140 guests for a finger buffet.
Sufficient space will still be available for a dance floor and entertainment.

Saltford Golf Club has the ability to provide everything you need for this special day, from decorations to lighting, stunning views to a secluded romantic day.
Seat covers
Although not supplied as standard we can provide competitively priced seat covers in various colours to match your overall colour scheme.
Entertainment
We are in constant contact with a variety of acts and can produce a show tailored to meet your requirements. Acts include - Discos, Live Bands, Tribute Acts, Magicians etc.
Room Layout
Tables can be configured in whatever layout you require and extra tables can be provided for presents; wedding cake etc.

Reception Drinks
A separate reception drinks table can be set up for your guests on arrival, guideline prices as follows:
- Champagne £5.95 per head
- Bucks Fizz (Champagne & Orange Juice) £4.95 per head
- Sparkling Cava £3.95 per head
- Bucks Fizz (Cava & Orange Juice) £3.25 per head
- Pimms (Garnished with a variety of fruit and mint) £3.25 per head
Bar
Our well-stocked bar together with our professionally trained bar staff can meet the requirements of all your guests. If there is a particular product you wish us to stock for your function, please let us know in advance and every effort will be made to meet your needs. We can run a bar tab for you either for the whole evening or up to an agreed amount.
Wine
We stock a wide variety of quality wines for you to choose from. Again, if there is anything in particular you require which is not included on our options list, please let us know in advance.
