Floodlit Driving Range
& Practice Facilities
Salford Golf Club has a wide range of practice facilities.
Adjacent to the main drive is the Fully Covered Floodlit Driving Range using high quality Wilson range balls.
There is no need to book a range bay, simply head to the Pro Shop to purchase your vouchers, or head to the Clubhouse and enquire behind the bar for vouchers after 6pm when the Pro Shop has closed.
The floodlights and lighting on the Driving Range will shut off at 8.45pm daily.
We close the Driving Range until 9.30am on Wednesday mornings to allow a full ball collection and grass cutting.

Practice Facilities:
The 250 yard driving range enables even the longest hitters to use all their clubs. Custom built chipping areas equipped with flagged target zones and bunkers are available for full members. There is an outdoor artificial teeing area available to the left of the Driving Range building for use, but is restricted to irons only. The grass teeing area is strictly for use during lessons under supervision from our Professionals.
Beyond the Driving Range is our new 6 hole, Par 3 academy course. The holes range from 40 yards to 100 yards, providing the perfect practice area for both beginners and experienced golfers.
The excellent practice putting green is found next to the 1st tee to the front of the clubhouse.
If you like to practice regularly and want great facilities and excellent teaching professionals available 7 days a week then we think Saltford is one of the best clubs in the area.
